Dark, black, towering iron doors - ever so hauntingly beautiful. The floor was blanketed in dark, crunchy dead leaves. Citrine could only imagine the deep plunging darkness that one could encounter when the trees were masked in leaves of the fullest variety, an ocean of shade, hidden ever so entrancingly from the world. She kicked merely once, and sent a shimmering waterfall of gold and brown elegantly into the air. She twirled in the darkened scene like a ballerina to her death.
Losing her footing, she began to stumble forward, and found herself facing the doors yet again, her heart fluttering beneath her breast. If she could only see the luscious beauty that awaited behind those mountainous doors. Glancing around a bit, she decided to go for it. And, with an excited intake of breath, flew forward and thrust her body through the doors.
Inside was her own dark, dusty, sinister, beautiful...dream home.

Alucard walked with dreadful silence towards the unused mansion. Though they said it was unused Alucard had used it many a time during extremely bright daylight hours. The center room of the house was windowless and the heavy doors kept the light out. He often laid in the darkness seeing everything with perfect clarity. Sometimes he wished to be human but the being vampiric was not all that bad. He walked through the threshold of the house. he caught site of a slytherin inside. Wonderful, thought sarcastically Alucard, The place has a visitor. This was surprising not many poeple ventured into the dark abyss of the house.

Citrine was only a few steps through the threshold when she sensed someone behind her. She wasn't sure if she felt like company - only if the person were interesting. She turned slowly and lifted her head a bit, her pale face intrigued and amused. She had her tongue gently touching the tip of her fang, revealing a wide mischievous, toothy smile. The face was only slightly recognizable. She had seen him before, but left too quickly to start a conversation. She could tell, already, though - he, too, was a vampire. Honestly, where did they all come from?
"Hey...you...," she said softly, not wanting to invite anyone from the path beyond the house inside to what they would foolishly mistake for a party. "You wanna close the door? We don't need it any brighter in here than necessary, eh? And don't worry, I'm not trying to pounce like a hormonal teenager. I only look it. I got past those damn curiosities over sixty years ago."

Alucard had planned on shutting it but heard the girl tell him to shut and hesitated. He hadn't really expected another vampire. He continued to shut the door it's closure lead to a puff of dust to rise off the floor. Who is this? I know i have seen her before. thought Alucard. "What's your name?" he asked silently but not as much as when she said Hey you. He removed the sunglasses revealing eyes with blood red Irises. Funny as she was he wasn't the trust giving type many people hid their intentions in humor.

Rebecca crept down the rickity staircase hearing the door creaking open and shut. Visitor, how lovely! She thought imagining the trickling of blood inside her throat. She sniffed, it smelled like what she had smelled in the forbidden forest. Not more vampires she sighed.

A women crept down the stairs. It was the one from the forest who disturbed his hunt trying to attack a werewolf pack head on. Nobody in their right mind would do that. Alucard smiled coldly. The one thing he hated more the werewolves and mortals was imbeciles. Tonight is going to end up one of those nights everyone gathers at a spot where no one usually does. thought Alucard. He hated those nights. He wanted to tear this imbecile's throat out.

Becca rested on the stairs waiting for something to happen. She didn't really care if the other ones tried to attack her because she was older than the two combined.

Alucard wanted to be alone. He wouldn't have minded there be someone else there but now there were two others besides him. The one who came down the stairs was both an imbecile and a coward. She ran from a fight that they could have easily won if she stayed.

Citrine started to open her mouth to tell the stranger her name, when she heard yet more footsteps behind her. Why is there never an empty place in this damn world? She rolled her eyes impatiently looked up the stairs to see an older...looking...woman standing there with the same mischievous smile on her face that it seemed every vampire naturally showed.
She wondered if she should leave - why did things always have to get crowded? But then again she still longed for the sweet house's company.
"I'm...Citrine," she said while shifting her weight. The boy before her seemed extremely unhappy to see the "older" woman. "Are you going to tell me your name or should I just call you...cocoa moo?"[/b]

"I'm Alucard." he said turning back to the person he now knew a Citrine. "My parents were big Bram Stoker fans." He walked towards the room in which he sometimes hid himself. There were huge couches dusty but extremely comphy. He sat down on it and smiled slightly. It didn't last very long though quickily vanishing from his face.

(She didn't flee! She just flew away for a moment!)
Becca wasn't transformed at the time and and Becca saw the petty vampire she had seen yesterday. Her hand vised her forehead as she came closer, she looked at the girl. She didn't seem too bad...Becca tried to smile as much as she could muster but she didn't fancy seeing that boy.

Citrine smiled at the woman now moving closer to her, suddenly regretting her original thoughts. She was always so quick to judge, so she just smiled at the woman shyly and glanced around. Trying to be nice - for some reason - made her very uncomfortable. She shifted her weight, another mistake, for it was an obvious sign of discomfort, and took a few steps after Alucard. He was sitting on a couch with a funny, goofy grin on his face, but, like so many smiles, it faded ever too quickly.
She glanced over her shoulder at the woman, avoiding eye contact (for she may mistake it for an invite) and stepped into the room. The air, she noticed, grew colder when she did so, and it sent a satisfied shiver down her spine...she, too, smiled and walked to another end of the room, exploring the walls with little interest, the boy still sitting facing her back. Suddenly self conscious, she whirled around and bit her lip.
"So I'm going to assume you come here often?" She said with a click of her heel. Her black boots and short dress made her feel like a skimpy 70s girl, and she was often fighting the urge to spin around with giddy glee. "I'm sorry if I'm intruding on a routine of yours. And that's a sincere apology, my friend. I know what its like to feel like something that was once yours, in a matter of speaking of course, is being shared."

"You have probably been here when I have. I normally just come here to sleep off the brighter hours of the day. Occasionally i come here for the comfort of this couch" Alucard said moving from a sitting position to laying down. He closed his eyes as if to remember the moment but that moment wasn't on his mind. It was back to when he became a vampire. He felt so good there was pain but the pain itself was making him that way. As if becoming one was like a drug then again it almost was. many people call the new born vamps vampires on acid because. They feel invincible as if they couldn't be killed often this sled to their demise. His eyes opened as he returned to reality. His parents long since died. For moment his face showed emotions he never would have admitted were there anymore. He didn't notice it so emotional expression linger on his face realizing his mistake he rapidly changed it back to it's normal position.

"Actually," she said a little too anxiously. "This is the first time I've been here...it looked like my kind of hangar." She sighed and felt a tickle of dust in her nose. Then, Citrine suddenly noticed that Alucard had shifted into a lying position and closed his eyes. The room was silent for a moment, and Citrine couldn't stop herself from creeping a little closer to where he lay. As first he looked placid, lying without movement or noise, but that was the way any vampire looked a lot of the time: dead.
Suddenly, though, an expression appeared upon his face. Sad and hurt, she almost thought. But before she had time to examine the look, he wiped it away quickly. Seems a bit like me...she thought. Never letting it show. Still standing, she glanced around, and whispered, "Something on your mind?"

"It's nothing and you don't have to stand there are plenty of places to sit." said Alucard almost defending himself at the first part. He kept an eye on Rebecca or he didn't trust her one bit. She was a berserker who just attacked a pack of werewolves head on. That could be dangerous even for one of them. Werewolves may be stupid creatures but their instincts on a creatures weak spot is uncanny. Alucard moved to a sitting position. He didn't want to sleep because he'd dream of pain and hurt. He always did.He made sure his eyes stayed open.
