Alice grinned as she skipped around the store, eagerly picking up items of clothing that she spotted and liked, and knew that it would fit her perfectly. The witch on the till was watching with amazement. Yeah, Alice was one of the best shoppers around, well so she and old friends believed. From her keen eye, she could tell what fitted and what didn't. What looked good, and what looked bad. Talent she called it. Talent.
She had slapped her brother Leo for refusing to wear a £600 jacket from London. But he wore it in the end, all because Billie had bribed him into wearing it. And her brother had eagerly accepted the bribe. She hadn't seen the two of them for the rest of that night. So yeah, she had gone to her own bedroom, and decided to sleep and get up in the morning, get ready and come to Diagon Alley, to do some shopping. So far, she had over ten bags on her arm. She'd already sent the other ten bags back to the Bryant household. Woo for magic.
Alice smiled at the ruby red dress she had just picked up, it was a mini dress that came down to the middle of the thigh. It had a black silk ribbon going around the middle, and it looked very beautiful. She'd defiantly buy it for Billie, a Christmas present maybe, or just a friendly present for her sister-in-law. The two got on perfectly well. Which made Leo happy, and Joe happy. She loved her two brothers, and their other half's dearly. Even if Emma was very shy. Oh, the twins where darlings also, she'd spent so much on them.
The price was nothing on the tag of the dress. 800 galleons. She had spent tons of them today, and she still had plenty of them left. She smiled brightly at the witch, who was just staring at her in awe. Well, as said before, Alice loved shopping, and clothing was her specialty.
