-grumble grumble-
"Ahh.. okay okay. Food it is." Ritsuka put her hand to her stomach. It slightly bothered her that she randomly got hungry, since she was in the middle of doing work, but she heeded her stomach and walked to the kitchen.
Now the question is, what shall she eat? Basically anything she wants, but what? Her palette is so hard to suffice since she is very picky about her food.
"Hmm.. I think I'll go bland today." She called over a house elf and asked mono-toned-ly, "Can you make a turkey sandwich? Thanks. I'll be sitting over there." She pointed to a small table in the corner of the room and gave a fake smile to the small creature. It smiled back happily to be of service and ran off to go fulfill the request.
Ritsuka sat down on the cushiony seat and stared at the pictures on the wall.
"I would hate to be one of them."

Courtney entered;hair sopping wet and trails of mascara and eyliner following the lines traced from water that ran down her face.
She looked at the girl sitting and then up to the pictures that she was watching when she had realized she had no idea where she was.only that it was warm in here which was a nice change from outside.

She was hungry again, Jasmine knew it. She was unable to keep her hunger at bay any longer. She had to come down to the kitchen to eat something. And as soon as she entered through the doors, the lovely aroma of the food greeted her. Jasmine inhaled deeply. She loved the food here at Hogwarts. Somehow, the house elves here seemed to be better cooks than the one that she had at home!
Jasmine summoned a house elf over. Then she realised something - she didn't know what she wanted to eat. If she had the chance, she could practically eat the entire kitchen! Her eyes darted around the ingredients available. What sort of snack should she ask for? She eventually settled onto a few slices of bread sitting in the far corner. Nice, white, soft bread, she thought.
She opened her mouth. "Make me a ham sandwich - toasted and crunchy," she said.
The house elf went away to do her bidding. Jasmine smiled, looked around again, and rubbed her stomach. Finally, her craving for food was going to be satisfied. She wondered why she was getting so hungry these days. Could it be stress from her lessons, or somethihng like that? She thought about it, and let herself be consumed by the delicious aroma of food cooking...

Noticing two new presences in the rather large kitchen, Ritsuka slowly turned her head to see who had entered. The first person she saw was a girl who looked.. well.. She was soaked, make-up smeared, and hair wet. Her eyes glided over to the other girl who had also entered and took a good long stare.
Those emerald eyes.. pale skin.. Some may come to the conclusion that she could be a vampire. But Ritsuka didn't think about it that long. Listening to the girl order her food, she remembered she ordered something as well.
"What happened to that.." She whispered barely audible. Bringing her legs up, she sat cross legged in her chair, elbows propped up on the table. There had to be better things to do that just sit in a kitchen all day bored to death. Sighing, she rested her head face down on the table and watched her breath condensate on the surface.

Jasmine realised that there was another girl staring at her. She looked back at her. What did the girl want from her, she wondered. Why was she looking at her like that? Was it because there was something... weird about her? Or was it just that girl, she thought carefully.
She noticed that her food still hadn't arrived. Oh well, just sit here and wait, she thought, trying to stifle a yawn. Then, after that, she had better get back and complete her homework, while waiting for her next class to start. She still had quite a lot of time left till then...
