Leonardo climbed his way to one of the highest towers in the marvelous castle. He was hoping that Kitiara would actually meet him here. She had gone through a lot and he wanted to apologize for what he had done, although it had been needed. He always wanted to try and win her trust back, but he knew that would be one hell of a task.
Finally Leonardo found the tower he had asked Kit to meet him at. He found an empty room with a few desks and a spare chair or two. He took a seat and waited mulling over all the events that had happened in this new year that seemed like ages. He waited in the silence, occasionally he could hear peeves creating trouble and some students screaming or other times chatter from students would make it's way up to the high tower, but only sometimes.
He wondered what he would say once Kit made her way here...or if she even made her way here. He sincerely doubted that she would show up. She really didn't have any reason to, but Leonardo could only hope. So he sat waiting, hoping to find the right words incase she was to show up.

Kit didn't have anything better to do, and that git would probably track her down at some point, best to get it over with. Opening the door a couple of seconds before she came in, wary of some kind of trap that the professor had laid out for her. Grunting slightly as she saw nothing happen yet, the werewolf sat down on one of the desks nearest the door, jaw clenched and mistrustful. "What do you want anyway?" She muttered quietly, opposed to using her voice too much, specially around people like him.

Sitting amongst the silence had zoned Leonardo out so when the door began to open to jumped just a bit but readied himself. She opened the door slowly as if she was expecting a net to shoot out at her."It's okay Kit there's nothing there I just want to talk to you." He knew this wouldn't do much, but he tried. He watched her as she sat down close t the door with what looked to be a clenched jaw. It was a good thing he had been listening intently because she only muttered to ask what he wanted with her anyways.
He gathered his thoughts and took a breathe in to gain some sort of confidence."Well I just wanted to try and clear things up between us. I know you probably hate me but before all of this had happened we had some sort of trust and you were a good member of the Order. I only acted like I had during those times because you were endangering others. I know she had provoked you and there were tensions but I had to do what I felt was needed to ensure safety of the students in this school. I know you probably don't care and you'll shrug it off but I do apologize." He looked at her as he spoke with caring eyes, but he knew it wouldn't matter she would trust hardly anyone now. He would try though, he knew that she would need someone to stick up for her and Leonardo was ready to do so, but only if she allowed him.

Kit snorted when Leonardo mentioned what a good little Order member she use to be, exactly like a pet dog from the way he put it. Her blank dead eyes sparked to life with a glint of hatred and mistrust as he talked about what he had done. "You knew what they did, there were other ways, you didn't have to do the same." She growled softly, he used the memories against her, how could he not know, the months of being locked up by that b*tch, burnt to hell when she turned each moon and tried to escape because of the bars. There were a lot of ways he could have restrained her, and that b*stard didn't have to lock her up in a f*cking cage.

Leonardo looked at her a bit disgruntled. She didn't seem to understand what kind of stress he was under. It had been severely affecting the way he handled certain situations and this was one of them."I'm saying sorry It's all I can do I cannot change what I did. You hafto understand too the pressure and stress I am under. It was the quickest thing I could do. I have a family to protect and A Dark Lord to fight against. I'm not gonna make the most perfect decisions. I'm Sorry." It was the most he could do. He couldn't change what he did now and a simple apology was all he could do. He saw now that he pretty much was not going to get her trust back anytime soon. He felt like leaving, but he knew he had to try a little bit harder before he gave up.

Kit sneered slightly, this clearly wasn't going the way the professor intended, shame. "Trying to make me feel sorry for you so I'll go back to being a good little pet dog? You want me to sit and beg on command too?" The werewolf snorted, typical human, gave himself away when he mentioned her being a good member of the Order, she'd attacked people and even torn someone apart. Really good Order member, not.

"For god's sake Kit I don't think of you as a pet dog or something. You're a person and you were a good one. If you don't want to trust me and come back to help with the Order then so be it. I'm not here to try and win you over to use you. I think you need to get your head on straight and clear up your thoughts. Not everyone is out to get you or take advantage of you, myself being one of those people. I value your help is all." He was very agitated by now and he was close to leaving. He was mad that she had cause him to become agitated, but she had been through a lot.

"One little thing I'm lacking here: a reason to trust you." The werewolf growled softly, there was only two people she sort of trusted, both human, but both had proven themselves and hidden her from people like him. "I don't trust my alpha, sure I follow his orders, but that's only because I have to, and if I don't trust him, why the hell should I trust you?" Kit continued, hate and mistrust flowing through her veins thicker than the crimson fluid that actually did.

"Kit," he could sense still that she believed him to be an enemy of her kind, "Please understand that I did not do that because I wanted to. From what I could tell you were an endangerment to the students. If you attacked me god knows what you would've done to others. It's like me protecting my cubs..to put it in a perspective you can relate to." He only hoped that she wouldn't at least understand why he had done what he had to her. It wasn't because he hated her or her kind, it was solely out of protecting the other students. He knew after he had done it though and after she had escaped that it was a lapse in judgment.
"The reason to trust me is because I always trusted you. But the person that I had to cage and protect the students from was not you. You were enraged with hate from being tormented by another student, and I understand that, but please put yourself above that. If you do not want to trust me I understand fully. Just let me know here and now if I will ever have the chance to gain that trust back from you, other wise I'm just wasting my time when I could be making more plans to defend and defeat Morbius. You're a good person Kit and I'd hate to lose you as a friend and as a member of the Order." He finished solemnly and waited for her reply. As he waited the stared out the window in the tower classroom and he began to remember painful memories from his past.
