The pain , the anger and the fatness was finally over. Faith had finally given birth to a healthy baby boy. The birth had been very painful, even for Tom. Throughout the hours she had been in labor Faith had slapped Tom many times, and the pretty face she had fell for was now covered in many bruises. He wasn't a pretty site.
Faith's baby boy lay asleep in her arms, covered by a white towel. He still didn't have a name. Faith and Tom hadn't really been on speaking terms for discussing a name. She had thought of many possibilities, but most of them were famous Quidditch players and musicians. She gently stroked the baby's head, ignoring the fact that Tom had just appeared in her private cubicle. It seemed that Nurse Joy had succeeded on stitching up some of Faith's more violent attacks.

Owwww, was all that Tom could think. It had been a long few hours, and Tom was also aching. He smiled a thanks to Nurse Joy as he walked away from her, he honestly needed some luck. All of his bruises and cuts had been healed up, and it was still sinking in that he had a son.
''Um, hey''he muttered to Faith as he closed the curtain behind him. He was smiling, but he was also very scared. He had no idea what Faith was going to do to him next. His eyes where shining with a proud-ness that Tom didn't often have, from where he was standing, he could see a black mop of hair. ''Any name ideas yet?''he asked gently sitting down on the chair beside the bed.

"What do you want?" she growled. The moment Faith spoke the little boy in her arms woke up, but he didn't cry. It suprised Faith that Tom had even bothered to turn up for his son's birth & it suprised her even more that he was standing here now. "You might as well take a good look at him. You and Haushinka are moving to America soon so you can hide from this poor baby." sighed Faith. As much as she hated Tom for what he had done she just wished Tom would stay and help her look after the baby. She was only young, and it was going to be so hard looking after a small baby alone.
She gave a shrug of her shoulders. "I've thought of names, but i haven't thought of anything good." Faith responded. "Do you have any ideas? He is your son after all." Maybe Tom had some better names than she did. A name was for life afterall.
