"You know even as a human I still had this belief." Alucard said, "When I was human I could see how they fought amongst themselves. How they spread like a virus taking everything yet giving back nothing. This is not to say there aren't any people different than them but those who see what I saw rarely appeared." Please let there be some form of debate I love a good-natured debate, he thought. An analytical mind is never satisfied with what is given.
"You see look at the Americas. People from Europe traveled over sea looking for an all water route to Asia. To spread their religion, to attain wealth and riches, and to achieve some form of glory. They landed in the Americas and what did they do?" He asked. He wanted Leon to answer this. "Then you have these wonderful inventions meant to help people like atomic power. The people who invented that wanted it to be used as a cheap and efficient power source, but then you have people making nuclear bombs for war. Oh, who does that children's song go... The wheels on the bus go round and round."

Leonardo listened as Alucard spoke. Even though he would like to argue, he had presented a good point. "Yes, it is seen throughout history how humans have had a knack for doing so, but remember all creatures go through hard times and adolescence before they achieve being a stable and wise race. Even Vampires have their own sort of history." It was ,of course, true that all races took time to reach their greatness and the human race was still at a young age. "Of course, like you say all have their exceptions. Sometimes it is embarrassing to see the mistake we seem to repeat, but we can only hope that some day they will finally be learned from.
Leonardo listened to him once more as he gave supporting evidence to his claims. Of course, Leonardo could not help but finish the example for him and with agreement that, it truly was a sad thing what humans usually did. " They found new lands and began to enslave the people there for their own advancement. Stealing, raping and leaving the people that truly owned that land with their diseases and with their fortunes. I admit it is sad what my early ancestors did and what some of my fellow race continue to do today. Although, we have advanced somewhat in morals since then..." He trailed off. As Alucard once more brought another example of the human races blood thirsty and violent ways Leonardo could only pain himself on how he wished it wasn't the way it was. "You have made your point clear Alucard and I cannot exactly argue with your logic. It is quite true that we are a race that we define greatness and strength by how many weapons of mass destruction you have or by how much you own. I can only hope that it will change." Leonardo quieted into a few moments of silence overwhelmed at the thought of how truly wicked his race was, but change was always possible. Suddenly the urge to defend overwhelmed him as he blurted" It isn't as if your kind doesn't have a bloody history as well. You feed off of the weak. Although like us there are exceptions."
