Over a decade ago,
He-who-must-not-be-named was slain by Harry Potter, and the Wizarding world was restored back to peace, the remaining Death Eaters went into hiding and the Ministry didn't get receive any trouble related to them.
Soon enough, Hogwarts got another Headmistress, who shared the position with her brother, and adults and children alike were able to relax once more without the fear of attacks and destruction.
Peace and Harmony was starting to become a reality, and even Slytherins and Gryffindors were starting to get along with one another.

Just when you thought the water was safe, mysterious happenings take place, and the Students of Hogwarts are taken by storm as a figure appears out of no where, claiming to be the son of Lord Voldemort. He adopts the title of 'Lord Morbius' and called forth Death Eaters, old and young. At first, the students and professors of Hogwarts School banded together, reforming the Order of the Phoenix to end this. But as the dark times progressed, the Order's strong force started doubting, and some switched to Morbius' side. Causing the school to almost split in two again, friends became hated, and allies became enemies.

Attacks became frequent though head of the Order, Leonardo Millhouse, tried to prevent them. And the dark side grew more extreme.
Through all this despair, some few individuals stuck together, making the bonds of friendship stronger than ever. And glimmers of hope still sparked, like the return of the once kidnapped Headmaster Dagner.
Which side will prevail is still equally matched up, and anything can tip the fragile scale.
